CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • WEIGHTLIFTING: Open class format geared toward Olympic lifting and powerlifting. Weightlifting members receive personalized programming and can come in at any time. A coach will be on the floor to assist you throughout your personalized workout during official weightlifting sessions.

  • CROSSFIT (SWEAT CLASS): Hour long HIIT classes that incorporate weightlifting, cardiovascular exercise, and movement. The goal is to get the heart rate up and get a good sweat on. All classes are led by a certified coach.

  • SEMINARS: Special seasonal classes (ex. Olympic lifting for Crossfiters, Fundamentals of Working Out, Functional Range Conditioning, etc)
